An uplifting and powerful experience. The focus of this class is to slow the heart rate, by slowing the breath, and to develop a deep sense of core strength and stability. Students can expect a challenging experience that will likely offer sun salutes as a warm up followed by longer holds within each pose and some intermediate variations that are sure to leave you feeling connected and calm. All levels.
